Because no money is ever collected to participate in a contest, there is nothing to refund for gameplay itself.
Top-performing players can redeem a custom-designed T-shirt using tokens and points earned through play — never with cash. The T-shirt itself is a reward, not a purchase. The only payment ever involved is the actual cost of shipping and handling to deliver the physical item to a winner who chooses to redeem one, and this charge is entirely separate from — and never required for — participating in any contest.
Because the shipping charge covers real, immediate courier costs, it is non-refundable once an order has been submitted for shipping. If your T-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
